Sentinel Comply is PayCard's in-house KYC and AML system. PayCard and its parent companies use it to verify the people they onboard: ID document, selfie match and liveness, with an instant decision, and on request sanctions, PEP and adverse-media screening.

- Identity document
- OCR and MRZ checks on passports, national ID cards and driving licences, front and back where the country requires it.
- Face and liveness
- The selfie is compared with the document photo, and an anti-spoofing check rejects photos of photos and screen replays.
- Decision
- Approved, rejected or sent to manual review, within seconds of submission.
- Screening
- Sanctions, PEP and adverse-media checks using OpenSanctions data.
Getting access
Console accounts and API keys are created by a Sentinel administrator. Each group system that onboards customers gets its own API key.
